Week 10:

This week, North Dickinson was completed. The house passed final inspection today as well.

Week 9:

This week at North Dickinson the electrician hung the lighting in the house. The Superintendent and the Asst. Superintendent are in the process of hanging and setting the cabinets and countertops for the kitchen.

Week 8:

This week the vinyl was laid at North Dickinson. There will be vinyl flooring in the kitchen, breakfast nook, and all bathrooms!

The base coat for the paint was applied to the walls, ceilings, and the trim as well this week!

Week 7:

This week the siding was completed and the shutters were installed to the house.

The plumber established his connections to the public sewage system.

The painters came and did their first spray of the house. The drywall guys came back and did the point up to make sure that there are no imperfections on the walls or ceilings.

Week 6:

This week at North Dickinson the Siding was hung on the house along with the soffit.

The Drywall was hung at this week as well.

Week 5:

We had the shingles installed on the roof this week at N. Dickinson.

This is a sample of what the shingle color looks like.

We had the house locked up. We installed polished Chrome door knobs and handles on all of the doors throughout the house.

The framers finished building the front porch this week also.

Week 4:

This week, the inside framing was completed and the sub-contractors were starting their rough-ins for plumbing, HVAC and Electric.

We also did the kitchen layout as well.
